The Office of TimeKeeper is a Supreme Office bound and bestowed to each Member of the Society and granted control to the Union Council as the Executive Government of the Oceanic Union Free Society to managed the official Time System of the Society. |

Original Law referencing the existence and status of TimeKeeper |

| |
The Office of TimeKeeper is given reference, existence and status according to the Sacred and Divine Original Law De Pronuntionis Architectus Article X. The Office of TimeKeeper. |
|

i. In recognition of our Blood Sovereign Right as the first and only true Timekeepers on behalf of the Divine Creator and in recognition of the sovereign rights and obligation of the Office of Architect as to the wish of the Divine Creator to re-establish the first and only true Time, the Office of Timekeeper is established. This Office shall be bound in perpetuity to the Office of Architect; and |

ii. The Timekeeper shall record time for an on behalf of the Divine Creator for all life and forces of the Earth and the Solar System as the spiritual force of Unique Collective Awareness provides such extension by right to the whole Universe so that no other system or measurement of time shall be superior than the Time of UCADIA as issued and kept by the TimeKeeper; and |

iii. The Timekeeper shall create an eight (8) part time system representing time for the Era, the Age, the Sun Year, the Solar season, the Moon Cycle, the Sun Arc, the Day of an Arc and the Name of the Day, the Hour and the Second/nano second; and

The Office of TimeKeeper and Architect is bound to the Office of Member of the Oceanic Union Free Society according to the Sacred and Divine Original Law De Pronuntionis Pactum Architectus Article XII. Transfer of Office of TimeKeeper. |

Members agree to grant their collective rights to the Office of Members of the Union Council to wiself manage the Official Time System of the Society. |

Inferior Time Systems and TimeKeepers |
|
| |
Other time systems being inferior to the UCADIA Time System have their own TimeKeeper. For example, the TimeKeeper of the Western Christian Time System known as the Gregorian Calendar is the Roman Pontiff. |
|
| |
However, unlike such time systems as the Roman Cult and the Roman Pontiff, the Official Time System of the Oceanic Union Free Society recognizes each and every member as being a TimeKeeper with the needs for common time managed centrally by the Executive of the Society. |
