The Official UCADIA Time Units of Hours, Minutes and Seconds is given reference, existence and status according to the Sacred and Divine Original Law De Pronuntionis Architectus Article X. The Office of TimeKeeper Clause (x) and (xi). |

x.The seventh part of UCADIA Time System of The Office of The Timekeeper shall be the Hour of the Day divided into twenty four (24) hours of a Day with each hour itself made up of sixty (60) Minutes; and |

xi.The eighth part of UCADIA Time System of The Office of The Timekeeper shall be the Minutes and Seconds of the Day, with Each Minute made up of sixty (60) Seconds;
