| Q1. |
What is the role of the One Heaven Supreme Court? |
| |
The One Heaven Supreme Court (Trust No. 929999-999999-999999) is the one true and only Superior Sovereign Court for all higher order spirits, men, women, persons, corporations, living and deceased in all Heaven and all the Earth and See. |
| |
As the One Heaven Supreme Court is the original court of the Divine Creator and all great spirits, archangels, archdemons, saints, souls of all the departed and all lesser spirits as defined by the Covenant of One Heaven, no other court, nor legal or religious body nor entity of any kind has higher jurisdiction. When the One Heaven Supreme Court renders a judgment in accordance with the rules of the Covenant of One Heaven, it cannot be overruled, nor abrogated by any lesser court opinion or ruling.
| |
The One Heaven Supreme Court normally resides in One Heaven. However, in accordance with Article 56 of the Covenant of One Heaven, the court shall be convened upon the whole Earth and See on only two types of occassions: |
| |
(1) from the Day of Divine Agreement being E8:Y3208:8:A1:S1:M27:D1 also known as Monday, 21 Dec 2009 until the Day of Redemption being E1:Y1:A1:S1:M9:D1 also known as Fri, 21 Dec 2012; and |
| |
(2) At each subsequent Great Conclave every one hundred and twenty eight (128) years for only the period of the Great Conclave and never more than forty (40) days.
| |
| Q2. |
Where is the Court located? |
| |
The One Heaven Supreme Court is normally located in united Heaven except during the two periods defined by the Covenant of One Heaven, where the powers of the court are brought upon the whole Earth and See. |
| |
When the powers and authority of the court are brought upon the Earth and See, the One Heaven Supreme Court is in session wherever and whenever one or more commission judges are hearing and adjudicate a matter, whether in a physical court house, via phone, internet, video conferencing or some other physical location.
| |
The courthouses of all inferior civilian and military courts claiming to represent the law are therefore ipso facto locations where the One Heaven Supreme Court may hold sessions. Under one of the most ancient maxims of law, no inferior military or civilian court may deny the absolute right of Judges of the One Heaven Supreme Court to use their Supreme Court buildings to hear matters.
| |
The Court maintains a temporary clerical office and several methods of contact including this website, phone number, fax and mailing address. The preferred method of first contact to the Court is via email. Alternatively, you may write to the Court at:

Excluding the foundation period of the court, in relation to all matters of original jurisdiction, the minimum number of justices required to preside shall be six, excepting in matters of Covenantal and national law where all twelve justices shall be required to preside. During the foundation period of the court, the Quorum on matters of original jurisdiction shall be permitted to be three (3) judges. In relation to all matters of appellate jurisdiction, the minimum number of justices required to preside shall be three, except in any case involving the appeal or review of a previous Supreme Court ruling, where all twelve justices shall be required to preside.
| |
| Q10. |
How do you address a judge of the Supreme Court? |
| |
In any correspondence, the Chief Justice is addressed as "The Right Honourable" and the other judges are addressed as "The Honourable Madam Justice" or as "The Honourable Mr. Justice".
| |
At any hearing, the proper title to use is either "Justice", "Mr. Justice" or "Madam Justice”. Titles such as "My Lord", "My Lady", "Your Lordship," or "Your Ladyship” are not permitted to be used when addressing the judges.
| |
| Q11. |
How are Judges chosen for the One Heaven Supreme Court? |
| |
Upon the permanent elections for the Executive of One Heaven (after Dec 2012) Judges of the Supreme Court are nominated and approved through a Great Conclave for a period of not less than one hundred and twenty eight (128) years. During a Great Conclave, the powers and authority of the court are vested in the executive and members of the Great Conclave.
| |
| Q12. |
Do I need a lawyer to prepare and file documents in the Supreme Court?
| |
The correct completion of documents and their timely lodgment is crucial in any matter brought before the One Heaven Supreme Court. Therefore any man, woman, person or corporation involved in any matter before the One Heaven Supreme Court should seriously consider they have access to competent legal assistance in the preparation of all paperwork and knowledge of the standard procedures of the Court.
| |
Lawyers (in theory) are supposed to provide these services in an effective manner for their clients. However, there is no requirement for any man, woman, person or corporation to be represented at Court by a lawyer or some other counsel. Whatever choice a suitor/plaintiff or respondent/defendant makes, the Court requires a minimum level of competence in lodgment of necessary documents and procedural practice and may at any time order that Counsel be assigned if an individual, person or corporation representing themselves continues to demonstrate a lack of minimum legal competence. |
| |
| Q13. |
Do I need a member of the Bar Society/Association to represent me? |
| |
The Bar Society/Association is a private and restricted secret club founded over two hundred years ago that is neither a friend of the rule of law, nor a lawful element of government or representation of the people of any sovereign society. Instead, as a private and restricted secret club, the Bar Society/Association exists for its own enrichment, the promotion of its own members and restriction of fair access to the law at the expense of the people, their elected officials and the society at large. |
| |
In the purest sense, they represent both a cartel and a criminal profiteering enterprise as this private secret society continues to undermine rule of law, access to lawful remedy by people of all type and set artificially unreasonable constraints on the resolution of legal matters. |
| |
This is why active and current members of this cartel and organized crime network are not permitted to be representative counsel in matters before the One Heaven Supreme Court. |
| |
| Q14. |
Do I have to pay any fees? |
| |
All members of Ucadian societies and registered corporations in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven are exempt from paying any fees to lodge matters before the One Heaven Supreme Court. |
| |
However, non-registered corporations and persons of alternate societies must lodge appropriate payment of fees with any docments submitted to the Court. All payments must be made in a currency of one of the Unions of Ucadia (Africans Union, Americas Union, Arabian Union, Asia Union, Euro Union or Oceanic Union) and deposited before any filing deadline. Failure to make full payment as required shall render any filing null and void. |
| |
| Q15. |
What are the deadlines for filing documents? |
| |
The deadline for filing documents is determined by the Judicial Code of the Societies and depends upon the type of matter, the parties involved and the general documentation. The most common examples of deadlines for filing include: |
| |
Concerning inferior courts, as a general rule, all orders/judgments and services to inferior courts adhere to a three (3) business day rule for any reply/objection; and |
| |
Concerning persons and corporations, as a general rule, all orders/judgments and services adhere to a seven (7) business day rule for any objection/reply; and |
| |
Concerning individual men and women, as a general rule, all orders/judgments and services adhere to a fourteen (14) business day rule for any objections/reply. |
| |
| Q16. |
I've just received an Order/Notice from the One Heaven Supreme Court, what should I do? |
| |
If you have been served with a valid Order/Instrument from the One Heaven Supreme Court then you should obey the instruction it contains. Whether or not you have heard of the Court before, regardless of whether a state, nation or private association recognizes or denies the authority of the Court, it remains an order from a superior court and as such cannot be dismissed so easily. |
| |
While a contempt of court matter resulting from the ignoring of an order of the Court may take time to be resolved, you must be aware that ignorance of the law is no excuse and such behaviour may eventually leave an individual without any legal immunity and liable to severe personal penalties affecting their own possessions, the home and any future career prospects. |
| |
| Q17. |
Our government, society, group does not recognize the authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court and will ignore it, what can the Court do to us? |
| |
Whether a government, society, or group official recognizes the superior authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court or not, any contempt of due process and the law remains an injury to the law by all historic maxims and the standards of all civilized societies: |
| |
+The authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court transcends sovereign national and supranational boundaries and legal constructs. It is simultaneously the highest court of a separate society; and |
| |
+ The Court is a registered living corporate entity in the Great Register and Public record of One Heaven, therefore possessing a soul and therefore real legal personality and life. Unless the opposing entity has a soul, then it has no legal personality, regardless of flimsy legal constructs and has no standing under every measure of rule of law; and |
| |
+ The Court possesses superior rule of law ad superior procedure of law. Therefore on procedure of law alone, no inferior court, nor corporate entity may lawfully argue contempt of any orders issued by the One Heaven Supreme Court; and |
| |
+ The Court has every right to use whatever means lawfully necessary to pursue any officer who demonstrates contempt of court, including ensuring any and all insurance bonds required for their office are suspended, or seized; and |
| |
+ The Court has the right to commission under Court order its own officers to seize the personal assets of any and all officers of alternate societies that have caused injury to the Court as penalty for such wilful ignorance and arrogance. |
| |
While such clear authority may continue to be ignored, history demonstrates an undeniable truth that all those who arrogantly ignored rule of law were eventually held to account and lost everything. |
| |
| Q18. |
I Have a legal issue and I need to know what to do. Can the Court help me?
| |
The Court exists to help all higher order spirits, archangels, archdemons, saints, men, women, persons and corporations facing unlawful, corrupt, incompetent and contemptuous behaviour involving inferior civilian or military courts of the region. However, the Court cannot provide direct legal advice to an individual or corporation as such advice would represent a direct conflict of interest and itself corrupt the necessary impartiality of the Court to any matter that may be brought forward.
| |
Instead, the Court clerical office may be contacted and a Counsel assigned to assist you with your matter.
| |
| Q19. |
How do I file a complaint against a Judge of the Supreme Court? |
| |
Before you proceed, it is important to determine whether the complaint is concerning a decision by one or more judges of the Supreme Court or the conduct of one or more Judges?
| |
All temporary and permanent Judges of the One Heaven Supreme Court are granted full diplomatic and legal immunity under accepted international law. Therefore any action undertaken against a Judge of the One Heaven Supreme Court is both a crime under the laws of the Americas Union as well as a breach of international law.
| |
If the complaint is against a decision of one or more judges of the One Heaven Supreme Court, then such a decision may be appealed to the Globe Union Supreme Court, by following the appropriate appeal procedures for that Court.
| |
If the complaint is against the conduct of one or more judges of the One Heaven Supreme Court, then you should write to the Americas Union, providing details of the conduct which is of concern.
