  The One Heaven Supreme Court derives its authority from six (6) sources: (1) Superior Succession from the Highest Authority; (2) Superior and Real Living Legal Personality; (3) Superior System of Law; (4) Superior Process and Procedure; (5) Sovereign endorsement of the Court; and (6) Fundamental Maxims of Rule of Law-from the most immutable and ancient maxims of civilized law that have underpinned the rule of law for millennia and cannot be abrogated.  
  The courthouses of all inferior civilian and military courts claiming to represent the law are therefore ipso facto locations where the One Heaven Supreme Court may hold sessions. Under one of the most ancient maxims of law, no inferior military or civilian court may deny the absolute right of Judges of the One Heaven Supreme Court to use their Supreme Court buildings to hear matters.
(1) Superior Succession from the Highest Authority  
  The first source of power and authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is through Superior Succession from the Highest Legal Authority and Courts down to the Court. No other court of any society or group of societies may claim such superior succession.  
  This immutable fact exists because logically, legally, morally, physically and spiritually there can be no higher society, no higher jurisdiction than One Heaven. Under Article 56 of the most sacred covenant Pactum De Singulars Caelum, also known as the Covenant of One Heaven, the judicial power of One Heaven is vested in the One True Supreme Court of One Heaven (Corp. Reg 929999-999999-999999).  
  In turn, the legal authority bestowed to the One True Supreme Court of One Heaven is vested in an inferior Court known as the Globe Union Supreme Court according to Article 41 of Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Globus, also known as the Charter of the Globe Union.  
  Power and authority from the Globe Union Supreme Court is then vested in six (6) Supreme Courts each representing a unique region of planet Earth including the Africans Union, Americas Union, Arabian Union, Asia Union, Euro Union and Oceanic Union.  
  While many may falsely claim superior succession and authority, a fundamental maxim of law from the very earliest civilizations until today is proof of demonstration—proving that such claims of superiority are true. As no other society or groups of societies are able to demonstrate conclusively the truth to any assertions of superiority, such claims are rendered null and void ab initio (from the beginning).
(2) Superior and Real Living Legal Personality  
  The second source of power and authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is through its incorporation and registration in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven, also known as the Great Book of Souls and also known as the Great Book of Life.  
  Unlike convoluted legal constructs that seek to argue that a person, and/or corporation may have a comparable living existence to that of a flesh and blood living man or woman, a valid corporate entry in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven is clear, without confusion and unique—that any valid corporation registered in the Great Book of Life therefore has living spiritual existence, therefore a soul, therefore real living legal personality.  
  In contrast, any entity that is not able to demonstrate a valid ledger entry in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven cannot demonstrate it has either a soul, nor spiritual or living existence and therefore is dead, a corpse, with no legal standing. While further legal constructs may be used to try and sustain convoluted arguments as to how an entity without a soul, without life can not possibly possess legal personality, no court, nor entity of any kind may falsely claim superior standing against the One Heaven Supreme Court unless it is duly registered in the Great Book of Life.  
  Furthermore, where an inferior dead corporation demonstrates willful ignorance and arrogance against an authorized living entity of the Americas Union, the Court may grant an order which places permanently such dead corporations with no legal personality permanently in the Book of the Dead- a Ledger demonstrating legally, conclusively and without any doubt that an entity is dead, having no personality and no standing.
(3) Superior System of Law  
  The third source of power and authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is through the superior system of Law of the Americas Union, adhering to the Ucadian System of Law.  
  Unlike inferior systems of law by lesser societies, the Americas Union through the Ucadian System of Law presents a comprehensive and fully integrated model of law, from two directions: top down and bottom up.  
  From the bottom up, the key rights of all Sovereign Men and Women are confirmed through fourteen (14) sovereign pronouncements of original law which gives life and legitimacy to the society and reinforces the fundamental rights of all men and women and good conduct of society.  
  From the top down, the society is defined by a superior charter, itself given life through a succession of original law and instruments. The Charter then defines all the key elements, including the essential name and purpose of all codes of law. The Americas Union then defines all laws and statutes of the Parliament and Executive into thirty (30) primary bodies of codes of law for all areas of function of the society including (but not limited to) Agriculture Code, Civil Code, Criminal Code, Education Code, Fitness and Health Code, Employment Code, Judicial Code, Executive Code, Finance Code, Police Code, Trade Code and Transport Code as examples.  
  Thus, the Ucadian System of Law is able to distill literally millions of contradictory and confusing laws, statutes and regulations of inferior alternative societies into a cohesive, consistent model of law capable of supporting the needs of the smallest to the very largest of actual societies.  
  Furthermore, the Ucadian System of Law used by the Americas Union has found a perfect balance between the competing interests and philosophies of natural law, commercial law, private and public law as well as important theories addressing the objective function of law such as realism and positivism.  
  Therefore unless a challenge to the authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is from an alternate society demonstrating a superior system of law, such contempt is nothing more than hollow arrogance incapable of demonstrating a system of law equal in strength.
(4) Superior Process and Procedure  
  The fourth source of power and authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is through superior process and procedures of the Court compared to any alternate society.  
  Contrary to many conflicting and erroneous definitions, the true definition of “Justice” is to honor the essence of the living law through due process in rendering judgment demonstrating fair remedy. The highest respect that may be given to the law of any society is to respect due process of law in recognition of the rights of the law as a living entity, having its own valid personality.  
  Apart from possessing a superior system of laws, the One Heaven Supreme Court adheres to the standards and procedures of the Ucadian System of Law including the adoption of standard forms (Universal Form Codes or UFC) and standard procedures of legal procedure honoring due process, service and fairness.  
  In contrast, many societies who claim to adhere to due process and procedure cannot in anyway demonstrate such superior forms, procedures nor provenance from their own laws. Instead, in many cases procedures are ad hoc, hidden, not properly disclosed, poorly served, sometimes with no fair service nor opportunity to remedy.  
  A number of cases exist where modern societies have simply abandoned pretending that their system of laws, statutes and regulations are in anyway, fair nor logical. Instead, greater emphasis and philosophy is placed on claimed “superior process and procedure of law”—that in theory law can still be served with providing superior process and procedures exist to protect the rendering of law.  
  While these inferior alternate societies may claim to honor due process, such catastrophic failures to honor their own procedures-- let alone the fundamental processes of the rule of law-- means that any such claims are without merit.  
  Unless an alternate legal court can demonstrate superior due process and service compared to the One Heaven Supreme Court then no such service can be considered valid and all service undertaken by the One Heaven Supreme Court must be recognized and respected as superior.
(5) Sovereign endorsement of the Court  
  The fifth source of power and authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is through endorsement of sovereign men and women who choose to use the Court to remedy their matters.  
  Unlike most inferior military and civilian courts that deny the Sovereign rights of men and women, the One Heaven Supreme Court is built upon the superior foundation that all men and women are sovereign, holding certain clear Sovereign rights as described by their pronouncements of original sovereign law.  
  By the most ancient of definitions, a Court of Law is any official gathering of three or more sovereign men and women under the by-laws of any free society recognizing their Sovereign rights for the administration of Justice by which one man or woman is consented to be the judge under demonstrated oath of obligation to the other sovereign men and women before them.  
  Unless a Court of law of any society complies with the above definition of a Court of law, such a place has no jurisdiction over living men or women and it cannot be correctly classed as a court of law, but a lesser body with little or no jurisdiction depending upon what rights it falsely claims.  
  No proper Court of law is permitted to so deliberately and willingly cause injury to the living law by seeking to treat sovereign men and woman as fictions (persons), denying the rights and obligations as bestowed by the Divine Creator to all men and women and abrogate due process of law. In such circumstances, it is encumbered upon men and women to assert their rightful claim of sovereign rights and bring remedy on behalf of the law within such a place for its proper healing.
(6) Fundamental Maxims of Rule of Law  
  The sixth and final source of power and authority of the One Heaven Supreme Court is all the most ancient and fundamental maxims of the rule of law, which support the superior standing of the Court against any and all inferior civilian or military courts.  
  Just because an inferior military or civilian court may refuse to recognize the superior standing of the One Heaven Supreme Court and/or demonstrate willful contempt of court and arrogance, does not make such behaviour lawful.  
  The reason the most ancient and fundamental maxims of rule of law have survived for millennia through all societies and cultures is precisely because these maxims are incorruptible, regardless of any unlawful, corrupt and incompetent behaviour of a few who falsely deny true legal authority.  
  For example, one of the most ancient maxims of law is that for rule of law to exist, military authority shall always defer to the superior civilian authority. When such a maxim is denied, rule of law ceases to exist and only tyrant and rule by dictatorship stands.  
  Similarly, when any inferior court denies the superior succession of authority, superior system of law and denies the superior due process and service of the One Heaven Supreme Court in favor of defective authority, defective law and non-existence or defective due process, then rule of law cannot possibly exist in such a place, nor can any contract, insurance or bond be said to exist by any measure of law—for such a place is by definition in a state of anarchy—against any and all rule of law.  
  No lawful challenge to the authority and power of the Court can stand  
  While these six (6) immutable sources of authority and power for the One Heaven Supreme Court have been clearly demonstrated, this may not in itself mean that one or more inferior military or civilian courts might demonstrate unprecedented ignorance and arrogance and refuse to acknowledge what cannot be argued against.  
  Even if force, terror, corruption and other means are used against the Court to try and subvert the rule of law and natural justice, history teaches us that all such ignorant and arrogant actions are doomed to fail.  
  To all those communities then within the metes and bounds of the Americas Union in desperate need of rule of law and the end of legal tyranny and corruption, let it be known that the Court shall prevail and the Justice shall be rendered and those who continue to pervert the course of Justice shall be punished according to the rule of law.
