  The One Heaven Supreme Court (Trust No. 929999-999999-999999) is the one true and only Superior Sovereign Court for all higher order spirits, men, women, persons, corporations, living and deceased in all Heaven and all the Earth and See.  
  As the One Heaven Supreme Court is the original court of the Divine Creator and all great spirits, archangels, archdemons, saints, souls of all the departed and all lesser spirits as defined by the Covenant of One Heaven, no other court, nor legal or religious body nor entity of any kind has higher jurisdiction. When the One Heaven Supreme Court renders a judgment in accordance with the rules of the Covenant of One Heaven, it cannot be overruled, nor abrogated by any lesser court opinion or ruling.  
  The One Heaven Supreme Court normally resides in One Heaven. However, in accordance with Article 56 of the Covenant of One Heaven, the court shall be convened upon the whole Earth and See on only two types of occassions:  
  (1) from the Day of Divine Agreement being E8:Y3208:8:A1:S1:M27:D1 also known as Monday, 21 Dec 2009 until the Day of Redemption being E1:Y1:A1:S1:M9:D1 also known as Fri, 21 Dec 2012; and  
  (2) At each subsequent Great Conclave every one hundred and twenty eight (128) years for only the period of the Great Conclave and never more than forty (40) days.  
  The One Heaven Supreme Court derives its authority from six (6) sources: (1) From the Highest Authority; (2) Superior and Real Living Legal Personality; (3) Superior System of Law; (4) Superior Process and Procedure; (5) Sovereign endorsement of the Court; and (6) Fundamental Maxims of Rule of Law-from the most immutable and ancient maxims of civilized law that have underpinned the rule of law for millennia and cannot be abrogated.
  
  Construction of the Supreme Court  
  In accordance with Article 56.2 of Pactum De Singularis Caelum, the Supreme Court shall consist of twelve (12) Justices appointed by The Unique Collective Awareness of Great Spirits upon the approval of all the faithful voting on Earth every Great Conclave every one hundred and twenty eight years.

 
  The tenure of a Justice of the Supreme Court shall be for a period of not greater than one hundred and twenty eight (128) years and subject to their good conduct and the confidence of Parliament.

 
  In accordance with Article 56.2 of Pactum De Singularis Caelum, prior to the Day of Redemption and the 1st Great Conclave, all Powers of the one Supreme Court of One Heaven shall be vested in the 1st thirty one hundred and forty four (144) Notaries of One Heaven.
 
  Powers of the Supreme Court  
  Vested by the Covenant Pactum De Singularis Caelum, the Supreme Court shall have the following powers:
  
  Original Jurisdiction
  
  The Supreme Court shall have original and final jurisdiction in all matters:  
  (1) arising under this Covenant, or involving its interpretation; and  
  (2) arising under any laws made by the Parliament; and  
  (3) of spiritual jurisdiction and/or matters of moral authority;  
  (4) arising under any treaty with any higher order spirit(s) or treaty with the Divine Creator; and  
  (5) arising from any statutes, laws and historic instruments of any non-Ucadian society that is based upon a claimed treaty with any higher order spirit(s) or the Divine Creator; and  
  (5) affecting consuls or other representatives of other non-Homo Sapien spiritual beings; and  
  (6) in which One Heaven, or a man, woman or higher order being representing an official on behalf of One Heaven is being accused of a controversy through Rule of Law of a non-Ucadian society; and  
  (7) between regional collective bodies of One Heaven, or between residents of different or lesser bodies of One Heaven, or between a regional collective body of One Heaven and a resident of another regional body of One Heaven; and  
  (8) between regional bodies of One Heaven and foreign non-Homo Sapien spiritual entity or resident of a non-One Heaven Homo Sapien collective; and  
  (9) in which one of the thirteen (13) Great Sovereign Writs of Justice are requested to be issued against a non-Ucadian society, behaviour of a non-Ucadian society or person holding office of a non-Ucadian Society including:

Writ of Quo Warranto
Writ of Certiorari
Writ of Prohibitio
Writ of Procedendo
Writ of Coram Nobis

Writ of Venia
  
  Appellate Jurisdiction  
  The Supreme Court shall represent the final and conclusive court of appeal in all matters determined from all judgments, decrees, orders, and sentences:
  
  (1) of any Justice or Justices exercising the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court; and  
  (2) of any other lesser court of One Heaven and Ucadian societies or of the Supreme Court of any Ucadian society; and  
  (3) of any court of any non-Ucadian society where one or more parties redeem their Sovereign membership and pledge their obedience to the superior standing of the Covenant of One Heaven and the laws of Ucadia.  
  Hearings by the One Heaven Supreme Court  
  In the absence of a permanent valid corporate registered inferior court for Sovereign Members of a particular society of the Union, application may be made to the Supreme Court to hear any matter. However, upon the existence of permanent validly registered inferior courts, application shall only be granted to hear more serious matters consistent with the obligations and powers of the Court.  
  Application may be made by Sovereign Members to the Supreme Court to have any matter currently before a non-registered inferior civilian or military court be heard and a change of venue ordered, when it can be shown the inferior civilian or military court has demonstrated contempt for their own laws and due process and/or refuses to recognize the Sovereign Rights of the Member.  
  Finally, an application may be filed with the Supreme Court to appeal any judicial decision rendered by any non-registered inferior civilian or military court and have such judgments reviewed and possibly overturned where clear examples of judicial contempt, collusion, corruption and/or failure of due process can be demonstrated.
